Snow Bloom started with a memory of late-night dessert stalls in Taiwan and a simple question: why can't Idaho have this? We freeze milk, tea, and fruit into blocks and shave them thin as snowflakes, then top them with house-made syrups, boba, and fresh fruit.
Every syrup is cooked in house, every boba batch is made daily, and every bowl is built to share.
